![]() I have now developed rashes on two places on my wrist so will not be using anything other than genuine Fitbit bands going forward, but finding a replacement Charge 2 band right now is proving to be a challenge. Note also that I remove my Fitbit daily when I wash otherwise I wear it day and night. I never had this problem with a genuine Fitbit band, so I can only concluded that the genuine Fitbit bands are made of an antibacterial product. I began occasionally washing my band with rubbing alcohol but that did nothing. For anyone who has ever worn a cast, it is the same odor. When I got my knock off bands, I began to notice over time that the bands were leaving an odor on my wrist. ![]() However, in trying one myself, I learned that the knock offs are not the same (or at least the one I bought wasn’t). As many have mentioned, there are several options made by manufacturers other than Fitbit. ![]() That said, I was trying to find a genuine replacement for my Charge 2 band.
